I want this blog to be a way for me to be more open about how I'm feeling, to connect with the people who write the many blogs I follow and of course to document this sweet adventure of life.
As I write this, I'm sitting on my couch with the love of my life and and a great friend, and I'm amazed by how much my life has changed in just this past year.
In 1 years time, I can't believe all that has happened. I am lucky to say that most of the things that have happened have been good. I got to start a new job that I love, meet my nephew (Dominic) on January 22, 2010, and meet my amazing boyfriend. Of course with all of the good come struggles, I would say most would be financially however I also dealt with my first semester of working full time and going to school full time and I must admit that was probably one of the most difficult things I have done ever.
Thinking back through this year, I can't help but think how incredibly blessed I am. I am spending my new year exactly how I want, with the people I love, relaxing at home. Needless to say, I'm ready to put behind me anything that happened this past year and embrace everything that 2012 has to bring.
